Ibn Mas’ud (May Allah be pleased with him) said:

Allah has cursed those women who practice tattooing and those women who have themselves tattooed, those women who get their hair removed from their eyebrows and faces (except the beard and the mustache), and those who make artificial spaces between their teeth for beauty, whereby they change Allah’s creation. A woman started to argue with him, saying: “What is all this?” He replied: “Why should I not curse those whom the Messenger of Allah (ļ·ŗ) cursed and who are cursed in Allah’s Book? Allah, the Exalted, has said in His Book:Ā “And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad (ļ·ŗ)) gives you, take it; and whatsoever he forbids you, abstains (from it).” (59:7)

If a womanā€™s eyebrows resemble those of men and whenever she attends gatherings, people joke about her or tease her, then in this situation, she can pluck them slightly to make them look more like a womanā€™s eyebrows. However, if a beautiful womanā€™s eyebrows are already normal, but she still wants to pluck or shave them excessively, thinking it will enhance her beauty, then Allahā€™s curse is upon such women.

Please remember not to do this if your eyebrows are already normal. Although itā€™s common in our society for every girl to do it, it is considered a sin.
