عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها أَنَّ رَجُلاً، قَالَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِنَّ أُمِّي افْتُلِتَتْ نَفْسَهَا، وَأُرَاهَا لَوْ تَكَلَّمَتْ تَصَدَّقَتْ، أَفَأَتَصَدَّقُ عَنْهَا قَالَ “ نَعَمْ، تَصَدَّقْ عَنْهَا ”.
It was narrated that Yahya bin Abu Ishaq Al-Huna’i said:
“I asked Anas bin Malik: ‘What if a man gives his brother a loan, then (the borrower) give him a gift?’ The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘If anyone of you borrow something then he gives (the lender) a gift or gives him a ride on his riding-beast, he should not accept the gift or the ride, unless they used to treat each other in that manner beforehand.’”

عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْهُنَائِيِّ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ الرَّجُلُ مِنَّا يُقْرِضُ أَخَاهُ الْمَالَ فَيُهْدِي لَهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم “ إِذَا أَقْرَضَ أَحَدُكُمْ قَرْضًا فَأَهْدَى لَهُ أَوْ حَمَلَهُ عَلَى الدَّابَّةِ فَلاَ يَرْكَبْهَا وَلاَ يَقْبَلْهُ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ جَرَى بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ ” .
Narrated Anas:
Abu Bakr wrote to me what Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) has made compulsory (regarding Zakat) and this was mentioned in it: If a property is equally owned by two partners, they should pay the combined Zakat and it will be considered that both of them have paid their Zakat equally.

Your pouring what remains from your bucket into the bucket of your brother is charity for you.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم “ تَبَسُّمُكَ فِي وَجْهِ أَخِيكَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَأَمْرُكَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهْيُكَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ صَدَقَةٌ وَإِرْشَادُكَ الرَّجُلَ فِي أَرْضِ الضَّلاَلِ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَبَصَرُكَ لِلرَّجُلِ الرَّدِيءِ الْبَصَرِ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَإِمَاطَتُكَ الْحَجَرَ وَالشَّوْكَةَ وَالْعَظْمَ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ وَإِفْرَاغُكَ مِنْ دَلْوِكَ فِي دَلْوِ أَخِيكَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ ” .
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,
“On every joint of man, there is charity, on every day when the sun rises: doing justice between two men is charity, and assisting a man to ride an animal or to load his luggage on it is charity; and a good word is a charity, every step which one takes towards (the mosque for) Salat is charity, and removing harmful things from the way is charity”.

وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: ”كل سلامى من الناس عليه صدقة، كل يوم تطلع فيه الشمس: تعدل بين الاثنين صدقة، وتعين الرجل على دابته فتحمله عليها، أو ترفع له عليها متاعه صدقة. والكلمة الطيبة صدقة، وبكل خطوة تمشيها إلى الصلاة صدقة، وتميط الأذى عن الطريق صدقة”
