بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

اِنَّاۤ اَنْزَلْنٰهُ فِیْ لَیْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ(1)
 وَ مَاۤ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا لَیْلَةُ الْقَدْرِﭤ(2)
 لَیْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَیْرٌ مِّنْ اَلْفِ شَهْرٍ(3)
 تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلٰٓىٕكَةُ وَ الرُّوْحُ فِیْهَا بِاِذْنِ
رَبِّهِمْۚ-مِنْ كُلِّ اَمْرٍ(4)
 سَلٰمٌ ﱡ هِیَ حَتّٰى مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ(5)

Surah Qadr Transliteration

Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem 

Innaa anzalnaahu fee lailatil qadr (1)
Wa maa adraaka ma lailatul qadr (2)
Lailatul qadri khairum min alfee shahr (3)
Tanaz zalul malaa-ikatu war roohu feeha bi izni-rab bihim min kulli amr (4)
Salaamun hiya hattaa mat la’il fajr (5)

Surah Qadr translation

1. Verily, We have sent it down in the Night of Al-Qadr
2. And What will make you know what the Night of Al-Qadr is?
3. The Night of Al-Qadr is better than a thousand months.
4. Therein descend the angels and the Ruh by their Lord’s permission with every matter.
5. There is peace until the appearance of dawn.

بیشک ہم نے اس قرآن کو شب ِقدر
میں نازل کیا۔
اور تجھے کیا معلوم کہ شب ِ قدرکیا ہے؟
شب ِ قدر ہزار مہینوں سے بہتر ہے۔
اس رات میں فرشتے اور جبریل اپنے رب
کے حکم سے ہر کام کے لیے اترتے ہیں ۔
یہ رات صبح طلوع ہونے تک سلامتی ہے ۔
