‏ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الْكَبِيرِ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ عِرْقٍ نَعَّارٍ وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَرِّ النَّارِ ‏”‏”

In English 

Bismillahil-Kabir; a’udhu billahil-‘Azimi min sharri kulli ‘irqin na’arin, wa min sharri harrin-nar.

”In the name of Allah the Great, I seek refuge with Allah the Magnificent from the evil of every gushing vein, and from the evil of the heat of the Fire”

Place your hand at the place where you feel pain in your body and say three times 

بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ

“O Allah, Lord of mankind, do away with my suffering. Heal (me) as You are the only Healer and there is no cure except that of Yours, it is that which leaves no ailment behind”
(Al-Bukhari)
