3 Powerful Duas For Spine Pain In Islam
These prayers for pain are really powerful. If something hurts, try saying it. Really believe that Allah can heal you. Of course, if it hurts a lot or doesn’t go away, go see a doctor. But remember, in the end, Allah is the one who takes away our pain.
Dua For Spine Pain
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said:
Place your hand at the place where you feel pain in your body and say three times
بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ
(in the name of Allah)
and seven times
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ ” ”
(I seek refuge with Allah and with His Power from the evil that I find and that I fear).

Dua For Back Pain In Pregnancy

اللَّهُمَّ ربَّ النَّاسِ ، أَذْهِب الْبَأسَ ، واشْفِ ، أَنْتَ الشَّافي لا شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ ، شِفاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سقَماً

“O Allah, Lord of mankind, do away with my suffering. Heal (me) as You are the only Healer and there is no cure except that of Yours, it is that which leaves no ailment behind”

Allahumma Rabban-naas, azhibil-ba’s, washfi antash-Shaafi laa shifaa’a illaa shifaa’uka, shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqamaa

Ibn ‘Abbas narrated:
For fever, and all pains, the Prophet (ﷺ) would teach them to say:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الْكَبِيرِ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ عِرْقٍ نَعَّارٍ وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَرِّ النَّارِ
Translation
In the name of Allah the Great, I seek refuge with Allah the Magnificent from the evil of every gushing vein, and from the evil of the heat of the Fire (Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2075)

Transliteration
Bismillahil-Kabir; a’udhu billahil-‘Azimi min sharri kulli ‘irqin na’arin, wa min sharri harrin-nar.
